About this nanny job
We are looking for a caring, reliable nanny to spend time with our fun, happy, and very sweet 10-month-old son. He is curious, playful, and loves exploring his toys, interacting with people, and going on walks outside. The position is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We’re hoping to find someone who has experience with infants and toddlers, and who is warm, patient, and attentive. The ideal caregiver enjoys engaging with babies through play, reading, music, and other age-appropriate activities that support development. Daily responsibilities include playing and interacting with our son, feeding him meals and bottles, following his nap schedule, and helping with his normal daily routines. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where he can learn and grow. We’ll be looking to find someone who is: • Non-smoking • CPR certified • Has a clean driving record • Up to date on vaccinations • Able to provide references from a prior family We both work a hybrid schedule, so some days one or both of us may be working from home and other days we may be in the office. This role is focused on childcare, with only light baby-related tasks such as cleaning bottles and tidying toys. We have a calm, elderly dog in the house. We also have a dedicated play space in the house where he spends much of his time playing and exploring during the day. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and communicative, and who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children.
