About this nanny job

I’m looking for a reliable, patient, and attentive babysitter for my 2-year-old son. He is an active, curious toddler who loves to play, explore, and stay engaged, so I need someone who can keep up with his energy while also providing a safe and structured environment. The ideal caregiver should have experience with toddlers, especially handling tantrums and redirecting behavior in a calm and positive way. My son can have moments where he gets frustrated, so it’s important that you’re patient, nurturing, and know how to de-escalate situations without raising your voice. Duties would include supervising playtime, preparing simple meals or snacks, maintaining a clean play area, and helping with his daily routine (meals, naps, and bedtime if needed). I also value someone who will interact with him—reading books, talking, and doing activities—not just supervising. Safety is very important to me, so I prefer someone who is dependable, communicates well, and follows instructions. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
