We are a family seeking a caring, reliable, and safety-focused nanny to help care for our 1.5-year-old daughter Mila. We are looking for someone experienced with toddlers who is patient, energetic, attentive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children. About the role: The nanny will provide attentive daily care for our daughter, including supervising play, assisting with meals, helping with naps, maintaining hygiene, and supporting her daily routine in a safe and nurturing environment. Our top priority: Safety is our number one priority. We are looking for someone who is extremely attentive and proactive, especially in preventing falls, bumps, and other household hazards. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, hands-on supervision at all times Change clothes and assist with basic toddler care Engage Mila in age-appropriate play, reading, and activities Help soothe her and support nap routines Assist with outdoor walks or activities while following our safety guidelines Maintain excellent hygiene, including hand washing before interacting with the child Follow parents’ instructions closely regarding feeding, routines, and general childcare approach Communicate openly and promptly about any concerns Requirements: Prior experience caring for toddlers Physically able to carry and hold a toddler safely Patient, kind, calm, and emotionally steady Comfortable following a parent-led childcare approach Strong safety awareness and close supervision habits No phone use while caring for the child No taking photos or videos of the child No makeup or jewelry while working Willing to discuss time off at least 3 days in advance and communicate promptly about illness Important household preferences: Please ask the parents before giving Mila any food, medicine, or supplements We do not allow strangers to touch the child when outside The nanny should not take Mila out alone We value a gentle caregiving style — no yelling, scolding, or harsh behavior Ideal candidate: Smart, attentive, and proactive Warm, patient, and trustworthy Energetic and able to keep up with an active toddler Confident with soothing, play, and nap support Daily Routine: 8:30 AM: Start of day; hygiene, dressing, morning feed, and medication (if applicable) 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Indoor activities (books, games) and hydration 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Outdoor playtime 12:30 PM – 01:00 PM: Lunch 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Nap support, rest 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Dress, feed, play, dinner
