The role is flexible and occasional — primarily weekend evenings and some weekday daytime hours as needed. What to expect: Weekend evenings would typically involve dinner, playtime, and bedtime routines. Weekday help may include childcare during work hours, light meal prep, or running errands with our child. Scheduling is flexible and communicated in advance, though sometimes last-minute needs come up. What we're looking for: Someone who is patient, experienced with young children, and comfortable being flexible with scheduling. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
