We are a warm family seeking a trusted, long-term nanny for our two daughters — ages 1.5 and 3.5. 🗓️ Schedule Mon–Fri + 2 Saturdays/month. Flexibility needed for regular family travel, long travel days, overnights, and independent childcare when I travel for work. 💰 Compensation $45–$50/hr | Overtime | 2 wks PTO | 5 sick days | Paid holidays | $300/mo health contribution | Overnight fees | All travel expenses covered ✅ The Role • Daily care for both girls • Healthy meal prep for the children • Children’s laundry — washing, folding, and keeping clothing organized • Keeping children’s spaces, toys, and supplies neat and stocked • Travel with our family domestically and internationally — including packing for the girls, managing long travel days, and caring for both children throughout entire flights • Help with our dog 🌟 You Are • Warm, nurturing, experienced with toddlers • Confident with two young children for long stretches independently • Genuinely excited about frequent international travel • Calm and organized on long travel days and flights • Detail-oriented, tidy, and proactive • Professional, discreet, and a strong communicator • Clean driving record • Portuguese-speaking a plus Excellent references and travel experience strongly preferred.
