Hi! I’m looking for a reliable, nurturing babysitter for my 10-month-old son in our home near Bowie, MD. We are hoping to have someone start the first week of May. This is an in-home position caring for one infant. I’m looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys working with babies. I want someone who will actively engage with him and support his development, not just supervise. Daily responsibilities include feeding/bottles, cleaning bottles, following his nap schedule, and engaging in age-appropriate activities like reading, sensory play, and early learning. Light tidying related to the baby is appreciated. What I’m looking for: • Experience with infants (required) • Engaging, patient, and reliable • Good communication • Comfortable with a small dog (no care needed) • Reliable transportation for emergencies Hiring process: • Phone call • In-person meet and greet • Paid trial day • Background check required
