Hello there! We are a loving North Park family looking for a warm, experienced, and energetic full-time nanny to care for our 8-month-old boy/girl twins. We also have a very friendly 4-year-old Goldendoodle who is great with kids, so if you're a dog lover, you'll fit right in! We are looking for someone who will become a trusted, long-term partner in our children's early development. The role This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Your primary focus will be the twins' daily care, safety, and developmental enrichment. What you'll be doing - Providing attentive, nurturing care for both infants throughout the day - Maintaining consistent feeding, nap, and play schedules - Engaging babies in age-appropriate activities that support motor and cognitive development - Preparing age-appropriate meals and snacks for the twins - Communicating openly and respectfully with parents about the twins' day, moods, and milestones - Handling household tasks, including: twins’ laundry, bottle washer/dishwasher/kitchen clean up after meals, keeping twins’ items organized, & tidying play areas and common spaces Requirements — all are must-haves - Prior experience caring for infants, ideally twins or multiples - Current CPR and First Aid certification - Up-to-date vaccinations, including Tdap, MMR, flu, COVID-19, Hep B, Chickenpox (if no prior immunity) - Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy — we depend on you every day - Warm and genuinely engaged with babies - Clear, respectful, open communicator who is receptive to feedback - Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle for commuting to and from our home - English-speaking required; Spanish-speaking is a wonderful bonus! - Comfortable with and fond of large dogs — our Goldendoodle is friendly and will be part of your daily environment What we offer - Hourly rate based on experience - Paid time off and holidays - A welcoming, warm family environment (babies, dog, and all!) - A chance to watch two little ones grow through one of the most magical stages of childhood How to apply Please reach out with a brief introduction about yourself, your childcare experience, and two or more professional references.
