About this nanny job

We are a warm, active family of five looking for a live-in summer nanny for our three children (ages 9, 6, and 4) from June through August. About the Role The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (approximately 30 hours per week, with no weekends). Pay is $15 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of $200 per week. The position includes meals and a private bedroom in our single-family home. We also provide use of a family car for transporting the children and for your own local use. Start and end dates are flexible, and we are happy to work around any trips you may have planned. About Our Family Having hosted au pairs for four years, we truly enjoy having a live-in caregiver as part of our household and strive to make the experience comfortable and collaborative. Our days are filled with pretend play, Legos, hiking, swimming at the town lake and our backyard pool, birding, arts and crafts, bike rides, and trips to zoos and museums. We love being outdoors, and Littleton offers several hundred acres of conservation land with beautiful trails to explore. When you want to visit the city, the MBTA commuter rail to Boston is just an 8-minute drive away. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with a calm, fun energy who is patient, grounded, and enthusiastic with kids. This is an excellent opportunity for an education major looking for hands-on experience across three distinct age groups. Familiarity with gentle parenting or Montessori philosophy is a plus, though an openness to learning is just as welcome.
