I’m a single mom beginning a new position with evening hours and am seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver for my daughter. My schedule is still being finalized, but I am currently looking for coverage approximately 3 days per week for 4–6 hours per shift. Ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule and be comfortable with later-day or evening availability. Responsibilities will primarily include attentive supervision and assisting with a structured bedtime routine when applicable. No meal preparation is required during these shifts. I’m looking for someone who is dependable, patient, and naturally nurturing, with strong communication and a calm, professional presence. Prior childcare experience is preferred. This is a great fit for someone who values consistency and is looking for a respectful, well-structured environment.
