Our little guy is a sweet, happy baby who is right in the fun stage of discovering the world around him. He’s full of smiles, starting to show his personality, and loves interaction, playtime, and being talked to. He’s learning new things every day and thrives with someone who is warm, engaging, and attentive. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with infants and can be part of helping him grow, learn, and feel safe and loved. About the Role: Provide attentive, loving care for our infant in our home Follow and help maintain feeding and sleep routines Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities Light baby-related tasks (bottles, tidying play area, baby laundry if needed) Light household support such as dishes and general tidying Comfortable working in a home with a friendly dog What We’re Looking For: Proven experience caring for infants (0–1 year required) CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start) Strong references from previous families (2–3 required) Comfortable around pets (we have a dog) Dependable, communicative, and proactive Non-smoker Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Bonus if you have: Background in early childhood education Experience with sleep training or structured routines We’re looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy, and excited to build a long-term relationship with our family.
