About this nanny job

We’re seeking a warm, reliable nanny to care for our almost 9-month-old baby boy, Monday–Friday, full time (~40 hours/week), long term. Both parents work from home most days, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable partnering with us to maintain a calm, nurturing environment. We value someone who is attentive, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with infants—someone who enjoys creating an engaging, home-based day through play, reading, and developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities include full infant care (feeding, soothing, naps, diapering), supporting developmental milestones, tracking daily routines (feeds, naps, diaper changes), and keeping baby-related areas clean and organized. This role also includes light household/mother’s helper support, such as bottles, baby laundry, unloading the dishwasher, taking out trash, and tidying during downtime. We’re looking for someone who can consistently follow established routines and parents preferences with care and attention to detail. We’re also expecting a second baby in December 2026 and would love to find someone open to growing with our family long term. Excited to meet you! Requirements: • CPR & First Aid certified • Non-smoker, no drug use • Up-to-date on vaccinations (Flu, Tdap, COVID, MMR) • Strong hygiene practices (no strong fragrance/perfume, please) • English proficiency • Someone who doesn’t have pets that shed (due to allergies)
