On-Call Weekend Babysitter Needed Hi! I’m looking for a reliable, communicative babysitter for a weekend position (Saturday & Sunday). Rate: $23+/hour depending on experience Schedule: I will confirm the weekend schedule by Friday morning each week, including whether care is needed. Some weekends may not require a full shift, and in some cases, only one day (Saturday or Sunday) may be needed. A minimum of a half shift will be guaranteed each weekend, even if only one day is used. Hours (when scheduled): - Start time: - 5:15 a.m. (early dispatch days) - 6:45 a.m. (if I already have an assignment) - End time: around 3:00 p.m. Flexibility will be needed as I commute back and forth to Long Beach. Responsibilities: - Care for my daughter (she’s energetic and loves dress-up, coloring, and playing) - Medication & breakfast (5:15 a.m. start only) - Prepare lunch - Take my dog out twice daily (morning & afternoon) - Occasional outings to the park and library; must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (outings are local) What I’m looking for: - Dependable and communicative - Able to follow a weekly Friday confirmation schedule - Available for weekend care (Saturday and Sunday) - Comfortable with a guaranteed half shift each weekend (Saturday or Sunday) - Familiar with or experienced in caring for children with ADHD - Patient, engaging, and enjoys spending time interacting with children I value consistency and clear communication and would love to find someone reliable for ongoing weekend support.
