Nanny / Family Assistant – Pacific Heights Location: Pacific Heights, San Francisco Schedule: 15–25 hours/week (flexible schedule; combination of after-school hours + daytime support) Start: ASAP We are a warm, organized family with two children (kindergarten + toddler) looking for a dependable, engaging nanny / family assistant to support our home and children. This role includes a mix of childcare and light family support. The schedule will include daytime toddler care, activities such as music class, ballet, soccer, school pickups and may include occasional later evenings. We’re happy to shape hours around the right candidate. Responsibilities School pick-ups and transportation to nearby activities Toddler care (meals, naps, developmentally appropriate play) Preparing healthy snacks and simple meals for children Homework/early reading support Light tidying/reset of children’s areas and kitchen after meals Helping maintain a calm, structured rhythm at home Optional but appreciated: Occasional evening babysitting Requirements Experience with toddlers and early elementary children Reliable and punctual Strong communicator Safe driver with clean record (preferred) CPR certified (or willing) References required What’s Important to Us Professionalism and mutual respect Following agreed-upon routines and preferences in our home Comfort taking direction while also being proactive Clear, direct communication
