About this nanny job

We have a 1-year-old, so we’re looking for someone who is attentive, patient, and experienced with toddlers. Our child is still on a daily routine that includes naps, meals/snacks, and playtime, so it’s important to us that the caregiver can help keep that structure. Safety is a top priority since our child is active and exploring. We’d love someone who is engaged—playing, reading, and interacting rather than relying on screen time. We prefer a calm and positive approach, especially during things like feeding or nap transitions. Light cleanup related to the baby (like bottles, dishes, and toys) would be appreciated. We also value good communication and updates during the day so we know how things are going. Most importantly, we want someone dependable and caring who will treat our child with kindness and feel like part of our family.
