About this nanny job

Responsibilities with Chloe: watching her while we are away at work, handling her laundry, prepping any required food (milk for now), dishes related to her feeds, and tidying her play things. General Housekeeping Responsibilities: tidying of common areas after use, loading or unloading the dishwasher, helping with simple meal prep (like pulling out meat or a previously made freezer meal to thaw), and—as we all get more comfortable—maybe an errand or two if we need it. Happy to talk this all through too! Noteworthy expectations: 1. We would ask for limited phone use while with her, which I know can get boring, but it’s important to us that she’s receiving thoughtful attention. That being said, we also want to encourage her in independent play and focus, again something we can talk more through! 2. There may be some milestone encouragement that we ask you to work with her on once or twice a day (like getting some tummy time in). 3. This would be based out of our apartment. You are welcome to go out on adventures via walk or car (meeting up with friends is great!), but we ask that our home will still be “home base” for her, and that she’s does not go into anyone else’s home.
