About this nanny job

We are looking for an experienced, caring nanny for our three boys (all close in age, including a newborn). It’s important to us that the nanny is comfortable managing multiple young children and has prior experience in a similar setting. We have an established sleep schedule for our two older boys and are currently working on sleep training for our newborn, so consistency with routines is very important. We are looking for someone who can help maintain and support these schedules. Our boys are active and enjoy learning through play, especially arts and crafts, so we’d love someone who is hands-on, engaging, and enjoys being involved with the kids throughout the day. The two older boys attend school three times a week, so part of the week will primarily be focused on caring for our youngest child. In addition to childcare, we are looking for someone who can help with light housekeeping and maintaining the home on a daily basis, such as tidying up, organizing, and keeping common areas clean. We’re also looking for someone who is flexible and open to occasional schedule changes, such as evenings when needed. Above all, we want someone who is genuinely caring, patient, and able to provide a warm, loving environment for our kids.
