About this nanny job

Hi! I’m a wfh mom looking for a caring, engaging nanny for my son a few days a week (2–3 days). He’s currently home with family during the day, but I’d love to bring in someone who can give him more structured playtime, learning, and age-appropriate activities — especially as the weather gets warmer. To start, I’d prefer you spend time with him at home while I’m working (so we can all get comfortable). From there, we can ease into outdoor play in the backyard and eventually outings like the park or local kid-friendly spots once trust is built. I’m looking for someone who: • Truly enjoys playing and engaging with toddlers • Can help encourage learning through play (shapes, colors, speech, etc.) • Is open to assisting with early potty training • Is patient, attentive, and nurturing My goal is to find someone who becomes a positive, fun part of his routine — not just supervision, but someone who helps him grow and enjoy his day. Also, would love some random date nights as well! If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to connect!
