Nanny Share Opportunity – Two Infants (Starting July 2026, Milwaukie) We are two close families seeking a caring, reliable, and engaged nanny to join us for a long-term nanny share beginning in July 2026, when our babies will be 4 and 5 months old. A bit about us: We are long-time friends who share similar values and approaches to early childhood care. We’ve built a strong foundation of trust, open communication, and mutual respect, and we’re excited to extend that to the right nanny. The role: - Care for two infants in a nanny share setting - Location: one family’s home in Milwaukie - You’ll have access to the downstairs with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living area, and outdoor access - One parent will be working from home upstairs and available as needed, and hopes to breastfeed baby during the workday What we’re looking for: - Someone who genuinely loves working with infants and early childhood development - Enthusiastic about age-appropriate engagement, play, and developmental activities - Excited to spend time outdoors with the babies - Warm, attentive, and communicative - Ideally English/Spanish bilingual Our values: We center our homes and caregiving approach around respect, transparency, joy, kindness, fun, and mutual trust. We’re looking for someone who aligns with these and wants to be part of a collaborative, positive environment. Schedule & flexibility: Our four work schedules vary (including healthcare shifts, early mornings, and late evenings), so we’re hoping to co-create a consistent, sustainable weekly rhythm together.
