About this nanny job

I’m looking for a reliable, attentive caregiver for my toddler. This role will start as occasional coverage, with the potential to grow into consistent part-time hours for the right person. My child requires active supervision and engagement. This is not a passive babysitting role. Responsibilities: * Active supervision at all times while child is awake * Engaging in play, routines, and transitions * Assisting with meals, feeding, and bedtime routine as needed Environment & outings: Care will begin in-home. Outings (library, park, etc.) may be introduced over time based on trust, consistency, and demonstrated good judgment. Non-negotiables: * Must remain fully alert and engaged * Limited phone use during shifts * Must be dependable and communicate clearly Experience: * Prior experience with toddlers required * Experience with developmental needs is a plus, or willingness to learn and follow guidance Additional requirements: * 2 references required * Open to a short paid trial shift before regular booking I value reliability, attentiveness, and someone who takes this role seriously.
