I am seeking a reliable nanny to support my work schedule, which often includes 12-hour shifts, as well as occasional evenings for date nights and last-minute shift pickups. I also need assistance with taking my 11-year-old son to school and picking him up afterward. He is very independent and easy to care for—he can prepare his own meals—but I need someone responsible to provide supervision and ensure he follows his bedtime routine and stays on track. This support would help me maintain stability with my job while ensuring my child is safe and well cared for.
