Our primary goal is maintaining a healthy, consistent sleep and feeding schedule that ensures the girls are thriving. What we are looking for: Leadership & Initiative: You are someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You understand the nuances of newborn care and can proactively suggest adjustments as the babies grow. Education-Backed Care: A background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or significant experience with multiples is highly prioritized. Reliability: You are the "anchor" for our family—punctual, prepared, and communicative. Philosophy: You have the heart to care deeply for our girls while having the discipline to follow the specific care routines established by mom and dad. You will have the full support of a dedicated family, including a hands-on grandmother. We value the expertise our caregiver brings to the table and treat our household staff with the utmost respect.
