Part-Time Nanny for Creative 2.5-Year-Old (Lafayette) We’re looking for an experienced, warm, and engaging nanny for our sweet, sensitive, and creative 2.5-year-old son. I work from home and am looking for someone who can take the lead with him—especially getting him outdoors (backyard, walks, park) so I can have focused work time. He loves art, play dough, animals, and open-ended play. Schedule: * 2–3 days/week * Typically ~9am–1pm * Occasional afternoons What we’re looking for: * Strong toddler experience (2–4 age range) * Interactive, playful, and attentive (not just supervisory) * Comfortable taking initiative with outings and activities * Aligned with RIE / Montessori / Waldorf-style play (or similar) Bonus: * Portuguese or Spanish speaking (we use both at home) * Light cleanup/reset after play We also have a very sweet ~23 lb dog, so must be comfortable with dogs. Compensation: * $25–28/hr depending on experience
