We are a loving family seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate caregiver for our young son who has a neurogenetic condition. He is a bright and unique child who benefits from attentive, structured, and nurturing care. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted part of his support system. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, one-on-one care in a safe and supportive environment Follow established routines and care guidelines tailored to his needs Monitor for any changes in behavior, comfort, or health Assist with daily activities (feeding, playtime, mobility support if needed) Engage in developmentally appropriate play and interaction Administer medications if required (training provided if applicable) Communicate clearly with parents regarding updates, concerns, and daily activities Qualifications: Experience caring for children, preferably with special needs or medical complexities Background in childcare, nursing, therapy support, or related field is a plus Patient, calm, and attentive personality Ability to follow detailed instructions and care plans CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Non-smoker Reliable transportation Preferred (but not required): Experience with neurodevelopmental or genetic conditions Comfort with mobility challenges, sensory needs, or behavioral support Flexibility with schedule What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience A supportive and respectful family environment Training and guidance specific to our son’s needs Meaningful, rewarding work making a direct impact in a child’s life.
