Job Title: Reliable Babysitter/Nanny Needed for 3.5-Year-Old Boy Schedule: • Monday – Friday: Varying days, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Weekends: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Note: My work schedule in retail management requires some flexibility on which specific weekdays are needed. Location: Flexible. I prefer care to take place at your home, provided it is a safe and child-friendly environment, but I am entirely open to having you care for him at my home here in Palm Desert. About Our Family: I am a working father focused on building a long-term legacy of peace, truth, and stability for my son. We value a grounded, structured environment where consistency and positive guidance are priorities. I am looking for a caregiver who shares these values and can be a reliable extension of that stability while I am at work. About My Son: He is an active, bright boy who will be turning four this October. He thrives on structure and enjoys hands-on engagement. His favorite activities include what we call "builder hour"—focused time dedicated to building, creating, and learning.
