About this nanny job

We are a military family seeking a warm, reliable primary nanny for our 10-month-old baby boy. This is in-home care, 14-15 hour **flex days, focused on learning, reading, tummy time, age-appropriate play, and milestone support. Spanish fluency and ability to read/write in English required; baby sign language or ASL a plus. No housekeeping beyond baby care. Must be eligible to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and maintain CPR/BLS certification, complete CCYH requirements. We value patience, consistency, and long-term commitment. **Schedule: Caregiver will work on a 3-2-2-3 shift pattern, with long days corresponding to our military work schedule.
