Our son is a curious, growing little one, and we're looking for a nanny who will meet him exactly where he is and help him thrive. This isn't just a childcare position. We're looking for someone who is genuinely present, intentional, and invested in who he is becoming. Someone who notices what lights him up, what he's working on developmentally, and brings thoughtful ideas to support his growth. We want a nanny who will observe how we do things, learn our rhythm, and naturally fall into step with us as a team. What we're looking for: - Someone bubbly, warm, and kind. The kind of person whose energy a baby just feels. - Someone who is reliable and consistent. Our son does best when he knows what to expect from the people around him. - Someone who brings a gentle structure to the day but stays flexible enough to follow his lead. If he's fascinated by something, lean in. If he needs a slower morning, adjust. Enhance what's already there. - Someone who will come to us with observations and suggestions. Position Details: Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (24 hours/week) Pay: $22 to $26/hour.
