Nanny & Housekeeper – Point Loma, San Diego (Live-In or Live-Out) We’re looking for a caring, organized, and dependable nanny/housekeeper to support a professional father and his two young daughters in a warm, fun loving home in Point Loma. The girls are energetic, inquisitive, determined, independent and love outdoor activities, all types of arts and crafts, board games and imaginary play. This is a full-time role with flexibility to be either live-in or live-out depending on the right fit. The father shares 50/50 custody with the children’s mother, so the role has a natural rhythm: • On weeks when the children are home: primary focus on childcare—school routines, activities, meals, and creating a nurturing, structured environment • On alternate weeks (when the children are with their mother): focus shifts to housekeeping—cleaning, laundry, organization, and keeping the home running smoothly This role suits someone who enjoys both childcare and maintaining a well-run home, values consistency, and is looking for a stable, long-term position with a supportive family.
