About this nanny job

We are looking for a reliable, kind, and engaging caregiver for our kids during weekday afternoons and early evenings. During the month of May, the role will primarily involve picking the kids up from school and bringing them home, then spending time with them until we get back from work. This typically includes helping them unwind after the day, keeping them engaged, and assisting with light routines like snacks or homework if needed. Once school is out for the summer, responsibilities will shift to picking them up from summer camp in the Lafayette or Walnut Creek area and bringing them home. From there, it is similar, spending a few hours with them in the afternoon and early evening until we return. We are looking for someone who is dependable, communicative, and enjoys spending time with kids. A safe driving record and reliable transportation are important since pickups are a key part of the role. Hours will consistently be in the afternoon to early evening on weekdays. There is also potential for additional hours if you are interested, including mornings, weekends, or occasional evenings, depending on our needs and your availability.
