About this nanny job

Seeking a kind, trustworthy person to care for my 2-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter, sometimes while I am out of the house for appointments but also when I am here (I am a full-time SAHM). When I am at home, role could switch between babysitting and some mother’s helper-type tasks depending on if I need to get some things done around the house or I’m with the kids. My kids are very sweet, get along pretty well (but obviously have their moments), and love all hands-on attention—they really enjoy reading, playing, doing arts and crafts, and going to the park across the street. Both kids are doing very well with potty training (still diapering during naps and overnight; daughter is accident-free and pretty much self-sufficient, son does well with some prompting and help with clothes, but has accidents from time to time if not prompted). Tasks could include supporting them with their daily care routines (brushing teeth and hair, getting dressed), prepping and serving them meals and snacks, doing/folding laundry, dishes, and tidying up. I am kind, flexible, and welcoming, and want you to feel respected and valued just like a member of the family.
