Full Job Description We’re looking for a fun, engaging, reliable, and patient caregiver to support our family 5 days/week for ~5 hours/day. This is an active, hands-on role—not passive babysitting. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being with kids and can help create a calm, structured, and positive environment. Must be confident managing all three children independently for most of the shift, with experience in neurodivergent needs and serious food allergies. Responsibilities include: * Playing with the kids and keeping them engaged (minimal, intentional screen use only) * Outdoor time (walks, playground, etc. — pool only when dad is present) * Simple activities like reading, games, crafts, and light learning * Supporting light academic engagement, especially for our older child (reading, writing, and basic math practice) * Supporting daily routines, including diapering and potty training Additional responsibilities: * Joining my husband and the kids for outings such as the pool (dad will be present and actively involved; you would primarily engage with the older children) * Confidently managing all three children independently for the majority of the shift while maintaining a calm, structured environment We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids—playing, reading, being active, and bringing a fun, positive energy. ⸻ To Apply: Please include a short response to the following: 1.
