Job Title: Bedtime Transition Specialist for 2yo (Short-Term Training + Finale May 27) The Mission: We are looking for a patient, experienced caregiver to help our 2-year-old son, Conway, navigate his first-ever bedtime without Mom and Dad present. We have a scheduling conflict on Wednesday, May 27th, and we want to spend the month leading up to it building a "bridge of trust" between you and him. The Strategy: We are looking for someone to come 1–2 times per week (late weekday afternoons/evenings) starting ASAP. • Phase 1 (Training): You’ll join us for the post-dinner "hangout." We want you to become a familiar "safe person" in his world. • Phase 2 (Trial Run): You’ll lead the dinner/play routine while we are in the house (or nearby), becoming the "lead" for his routine. • Phase 3 (The Finale): On May 27th (Hard start at 5:00 PM), you’ll take the reins solo from dinner through bedtime. About Conway: • He is a "sit and eat" dinner guy but needs gentle guidance to stay on task. • He has a predictable 7:00 PM routine (Bath/PJs → Books → Bed by 7:45 PM). • He is a champion sleeper! He goes into his crib fully awake and settles himself over 15–20 minutes. • The Secret Weapon: He has a dog lovey named Mr. Snuggles who is his co-pilot for all things bedtime. The Environment: • We use a sound machine and humidifier (we’ll show you the "magic settings"). • We have a baby monitor and will provide a clear "cheat sheet" for the evening. • We are very supportive parents—we want you to feel as comfortable as he does! What We’re Looking For: • Toddler Pros: You understand 2-year-old development and how to handle "separation anxiety" with calm redirection. • Reliability: Since we are building a month-long expectation for Conway, consistency is key. • Communication: Someone who can give us a quick "The eagle has landed" text once he’s asleep on the 27th. Rate & Perks: • Dinner provided on the 27th. • If this goes well, we would love to have you as our "go-to" for future date nights!Nanny job details
