The ideal candidate has experience with toddlers, enjoys engaging children in fun and educational activities, and can assist with school pick-ups and preparing simple meals. Light household duties such as tidying play areas and cleaning up after meals are also appreciated. Dependability, strong communication, and a trustworthy nature are very important.
