About this nanny job

We’re a warm and loving family seeking a fantastic Nanny/House Manager to join our household. My husband and I have three wonderful kids, ages 5, 8 and 10. Because we are juggling busy schedules, we are looking for a proactive partner who loves being around children and has a natural knack for keeping a home running smoothly. Approximate schedule: • Hours: 28 hours per week • Monday: 12:00pm - 6:30pm • Tuesday: 3:45pm - 6:30pm • Wednesday: 12:00pm - 6:30pm • Thursday: 3:45pm - 10:00pm (Date Night!) • Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm How You’ll Help Our Family: • Childcare: Pick up the kids from school and get them safely to their various after-school activities. • Family Meals: Do occasional grocery shopping, unpack groceries, and prepare delicious, nutritious dinners for the kids (along with cleaning and tidying up the kitchen after meals). • House Management & Tidying: Help maintain the general tidiness of the house so our home feels peaceful. This includes keeping the kids’ rooms organized and taking the initiative on home organization projects (like the pantry, closets, or seasonal item rotations). • Laundry: Manage the family laundry from start to finish (washing, folding, and putting away). • Errands: Run occasional local errands around the neighborhood to keep the household stocked and running smoothly. Who We’re Looking For: • Kind & Loving: We want someone who will genuinely care for our children and treat them with warmth, patience, and respect. • Proactive & Organized: A self-motivated, "take-charge" personality is key. We highly value someone who can anticipate what needs to be done around the house without needing to be asked. • Great Cook: We’d love someone who enjoys cooking and can confidently prepare tasty meals for the family.
