We’re a family in the Austin/Round Rock area with three kids (ages 6, 3, and 3 months) looking for a dependable and kind “mother’s helper” to support us during the week. Schedule: - Tuesdays & Thursdays: ~5:30/6:00 PM – 7:30/8:00 PM - Optional: Sunday mornings (~8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) We’ll always be home during weekday shifts — we’re really looking for an extra set of hands during the busy evening window. What support looks like: - Keeping our 3-year-old engaged with play or simple activities - Reading, homework help, or quiet activities with our 6-year-old - Occasionally holding or soothing the baby while we manage other tasks - Helping reset the house during/after dinner (tidying toys, unloading dishwasher, light meal prep, etc.) This role is a great fit for someone who: - Enjoys being around young kids but is also happy to help with light household tasks - Is proactive and notices where help is needed - Is reliable and consistent week-to-week This is less about managing all three kids independently and more about helping make evenings run smoothly. We’re hoping to find someone we can build a consistent relationship with over time, and potentially expand hours (like Sunday mornings) if it’s a good fit.
