About this nanny job

We are looking for a reliable, caring nanny to help care for our 4-month-old baby during my night shifts. This is an on-call/part-time role, but you will receive your schedule at least 2+ weeks in advance. Schedule: - Start: 3:30 PM - Baby’s bedtime: around 7:00 PM - Evening hours: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM (hourly rate) - Overnight: baby typically wakes 1–2 times - End: around 8:30 AM the next morning (flat overnight rate) Responsibilities: - Caring for our infant (feeding, soothing, bedtime routine) - Bottle feeding (breast milk will be prepped—just warm and serve) - Light housekeeping: - Washing dishes - Folding baby’s laundry - Folding parents’ laundry (optional but greatly appreciated) - Letting our two small dogs out as needed (they’re easy and will usually let you know when they need to go out) What We’re Looking For: - Experience with infants (especially under 1 year) - Comfortable with overnight care - Comfortable around small dogs - Dependable and communicative - Open to occasional additional hours (with advance notice) Pay: - $20–$25/hour for evening hours (3:30–7:30 PM) - Overnight portion paid as a flat rate (to be discussed) We’re hoping to find someone warm, trustworthy, and comfortable in a calm evening/overnight routine.
