Evening Nanny / Bedtime Caregiver Job Description We are looking for a caring, reliable, and patient evening nanny to help care for our son during the evening routine. The main responsibilities include keeping him engaged and safe, helping with bath time, and guiding him through a calm and consistent bedtime routine. Responsibilities: Provide attentive and nurturing care during evening hours. Engage the child in age-appropriate, calm activities before bedtime. Help with dinner or evening snack as needed. Assist with bath time, pajamas, brushing teeth, and other bedtime preparations. Read books, comfort the child, and help him settle down for sleep. Maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment. Light child-related cleanup, such as tidying toys, bath items, dishes, or bedtime areas. Communicate with parents about the evening routine, any concerns, or notable updates. Requirements: Prior childcare or nanny experience preferred. Patient, warm, responsible, and comfortable with bedtime routines. Able to follow parents’ instructions and maintain consistency. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Non-smoker and reliable with schedule. Schedule: Evening hours, approximately 5:30 PM–9:30 PM, from July to early Sept. Exact schedule can be discussed.
