Seeking a reliable, engaging caregiver for my energetic 20-month-old daughter on Thursdays & Fridays from 8 AM–4 PM in my home, starting May 14th. Pay is $15/hr. I work remotely and am looking for someone warm, proactive, and confident leading a toddler’s day with structure, routines, learning, active play, music, reading, outdoor time, meals/snacks, naps, and guided activities — not just supervision.
