About this nanny job

I’m looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and understanding of the needs of a three-month-old baby. It is important that they are able to recognize and respond appropriately to cues such as hunger, tiredness, gas discomfort, or the need to burp. I would also prefer someone who is knowledgeable about soothing techniques and proper holding positions that can help relieve trapped gas or air. Overall, I need someone experienced, nurturing, and confident in caring for infants in these situations. In addition, I’m seeking someone who is clean, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain organization throughout the day. Strong communication skills are very important, along with the ability to adapt to changing situations and follow direction well, as I can be very hands-on and communicative about my preferences. Flexibility and availability are also important since I am a business owner and may occasionally receive last-minute calls or schedule changes. Overall, I need someone experienced, nurturing, dependable, and professional in caring for infants and supporting a structured environment.
