About this nanny job

I’m looking for a warm, grounded nanny to help care for my children in a peaceful, structured home. This role is strictly childcare — no cleaning, laundry, dishes, errands, or household chores. Your focus is keeping the kids safe, happy, entertained, and emotionally regulated throughout the day. Provide attentive, loving care to my children • Engage them with simple, age‑appropriate activities (arts & crafts, outdoor play, reading, sensory play) • Support gentle parenting and positive communication • Prepare simple snacks/meals for the kids • Supervise outings (walks, playground, library, etc.) — money provided for outings or meals • Maintain a calm, grounded environment • Communicate clearly about the kids’ day, needs, and routines • Patient, reliable, and emotionally steady • Experienced with toddlers and newborns • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Comfortable following routines and boundaries • Has reliable transportation • Non‑smoker • Aligns with gentle‑parenting, low‑drama household values
