About this nanny job

Hello sitter! This job is to help me with my three girls, ages 4, 10, and 17, during various times and days over the summer and beyond, as needed. I primarily need help in the next few weeks as the school year comes to a close with watching the girls on weekends, some evenings, and here and there as needed for me to have time outside the house for errands, mom time, appointments, etc. Responsibilities will include taking care of or helping with meals, wholesome activities in and outside the home (games, TV, playing outside, etc.), and some occasional transportation if needed. I'm looking for someone who has experience with not only those individual ages but also someone who is a natural, and comfortable, with at all 3 at once. There is a wild dynamic with these girls and they are all amazing, but it can be difficult to keep an eye on and entertain each of them as a group or individually based on their interests, due to their varying ages. I'm looking for someone who can fit right in with our family and take my lead teaching you how our home runs. I need someone who is trustworthy, safe, communicative, friendly, and who I can come to rely on.
