About this nanny job

We’re a warm SF family with a young infant looking for recurring part-time support 2 days/week. We’re hoping to find someone experienced with infants who is comfortable both independently caring for baby and working collaboratively while parents are home. One weekly shift will include helping with the evening bedtime routine around 7pm so mom and dad can have dinner or decompress together nearby while baby is settling down for the night. Our home is relatively compact, so we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable in a close, collaborative household environment and is confident taking the lead with baby even while parents are present. Ideal fit: • calm, grounded energy • infant experience • comfortable with contact naps / soothing • proactive and tidy with baby-related tasks • comfortable with parents occasionally in and out of the home • open to occasional additional hours/date nights
