About this nanny job

My wife and I are looking for a caring and reliable nanny for our 3-year-old son, Andre. I am an assistant principal, and my wife works from home, so she will be available if needed, but were looking for someone who can confidently take the lead while caring for Andre. Dre is a very active and caring who is at the tail end of the THREEnager stage so were looking for someone who is patient, calm, and consistent, and knows how to navigate big toddler emotions in a positive way. Our Primary need is in the morning 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. (Willing to talk more about more hours, after nap options are on the table too) Your Responsibilities Learn on the fly and use your resources (TV, toys, etc.) Support potty routines (he is potty trained but needs reminders. Prepare/assist with snacks Maintain a safe, nurturing, and attentive environment (he is a boy...) Be open to learning Nap Time Routine (He takes naps around 12:20 PM) Communicate always (if you're sick, running late, need to leave early, etc.) You are welcome to all snack, drinks, and food in the house too, as well.
