About this nanny job

We are looking for a split schedule engaging nanny for our 5-year-old son, starting June 8th. We are specifically hoping to find someone who can stay with us long-term, through the summer and into the upcoming school year this fall. The Schedule: The initial three weeks (starting June 8th) will follow a split-shift schedule: • Mornings (approx. 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 AM): Help get him ready and drop him off at camp/school in Acton. • Afternoons (4:00 p.m. - 5:30 PM): Pick up, bring him home, help with changing, and prepare a snack or light meal. • Note: Hours will shift slightly throughout the summer based on camp schedules, but we are looking for a consistent partner who can navigate those changes with us. What we're looking for: While the primary focus is safe transport and care, we'd love someone who can turn the afternoon hours into "learning through play." This might include: • Practicing basic reading or math. • Guiding him through piano practice. • Engaging in creative play.
