About this nanny job

Hi! We are a warm, involved family in Las Vegas, NV looking for an nanny to join us for the next 12 months (and hopefully longer, we’d love a multi-year relationship with the right person) 🫶 Our kids: Jackson 👦 is 4 years old — social, curious, and in preschool. Bodi 👶 turns 1 in March. He is finishing baby stage and entering early toddler phase. Preferred Schedule: Mon 11am–7pm Tue 9am–7pm Wed 9am–7pm Thur 9-7pm Fri OFF Sat OFF Sun 8am–1pm 90-minute mid day break M/T/W/R We can be flexible 💪 If someone strongly prefers Friday/Saturday off instead, we are open to adjusting but we do need at least one weekend day of coverage. Most weekday daytime hours are focused on Bodi while Jackson is at school. Evenings and weekends include both kids with parents home and involved 🫡 What we’re looking for: • Infant qualified with true hands-on experience • Calm, emotionally steady, and nurturing • Confident managing two young children • Strong English communication • Comfortable with structure and routines • Reliable, punctual, and mature We are very hands-on parents. One parent works from home, and we collaborate closely. We value warmth and affection with babies, and consistent, clear boundaries with toddlers ❤️ Driving: You will not be responsible for driving the children. We handle all school drop-offs and activities. About life here: Las Vegas has a large au pair community, beautiful hiking, great food, and nonstop sunshine ☀️ Summers here are extremely hot, a true dry desert climate that regularly exceeds 110°F 🔥 Most daily life is air-conditioned, but it’s important to be comfortable living in a very warm.
