About this nanny job

I am seeking a loving, patient, and dependable caregiver to help care for my two special needs sons, ages 13 and 16. One son is nonverbal and has ADHD, and the other has developmental delays and ADHD. Both boys are very sweet, active, and enjoy being outside, going for walks, listening to music, watching videos, and participating in community activities. I am looking for someone who is compassionate, attentive, and comfortable providing supervision, redirection, and support with daily activities and community outings. Experience working with children or teens with special needs, autism, ADHD, or developmental disabilities is preferred. The ideal caregiver will be calm, reliable, caring, and able to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for my sons.
