About this nanny job

We’re a work-from-home couple looking for a warm, attentive nanny to care for our 7-month-old daughter while we work during the day. We love our girl deeply and want her days to be filled with curiosity, movement, and connection; not screens. We value open communication, consistency, and a caregiver who genuinely delights in babies. This is a part-time position,3- 4 days per week with a guaranteed 25 hours caring for our daughter in our home. Because we work from home, you won’t be alone, but we do need you to be fully present when with her so we can focus during working hours. Your day-to-day will include: • Primary infant care — feeding, diapering, nap support, and keeping her on her daily routine • Solid food prep — she’s just beginning to explore solids! We’d love your help preparing simple, age-appropriate purees and soft foods as she transitions • Tummy time & movement — supporting her physical development through guided floor play and repositioning • Active engagement — singing, reading, narrating the world around her, and playing in ways that stimulate her development and keep screens mostly out of the picture • Light tidying related to baby care (bottles, feeding supplies, play area)
