About this nanny job

Seeking an experienced and caring nanny to help care for an 8-month-old baby. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with infants and young children, be attentive, patient, and comfortable managing the daily needs and routines of a baby. Responsibilities include: Supervising and engaging the baby during playtime with age-appropriate activities that support development and keep the child safe and entertained. Preparing and serving lunch and snacks for the baby, and supervising mealtimes to ensure the child eats safely and comfortably. Changing diapers promptly and maintaining proper hygiene. Changing the baby’s clothes as needed, including after meals, diaper changes, or accidents. Helping maintain the baby’s daily routine, including nap schedules and calming routines. During the baby’s nap time, assisting with baby-related household tasks such as: Washing, folding, and organizing baby laundry Cleaning utensils, feeding supplies, and play areas Light cleaning and tidying related to the baby’s spaces and belongings The nanny should be reliable, proactive, gentle with children, and able to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the baby. CPR/first-aid certification and references are preferred.
