About this nanny job

I’m a 34-year-old father with an 11-month-old child. I’m still building my experience with day-to-day infant care, so I’m looking for someone who is experienced, patient, and confident with babies this age. I work next door and am easily reachable throughout the day if needed. I trust the caregiver to take the lead while they’re on the job, but I’m always available for support, questions, or emergencies. My goal is to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I’d appreciate someone who can also offer guidance and share their experience when helpful. Daily responsibilities include feeding, diaper changes, naps, playtime, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities. Light baby-related housekeeping (bottles, tidying toys, etc.) is appreciated. I value reliability, clear communication, and someone calm and trustworthy. I’m looking for a nanny who can become a consistent, positive presence in my child’s life.
