**Looking for a dependable morning sitter for my 8-year-old son — Marina del Rey** I’m a working mom, new to the Westside, and my son is starting summer school. We're looking for someone reliable, kind, and great with kids to help us with weekday mornings — and potentially more as we get to know each other.   **The core role (every weekday):** - Pick up from our place in Marina del Rey. Drop off 1.5 miles away. - Get him to summer school by 8:30 AM - Some mornings, maybe grab breakfast on the way   **Possible additional hours down the road:** - Occasional evening babysitting (date nights, work events) -Rare After-school pickup need - Light help with homework or activities   **What we're looking for:** - Trustworthy and responsive — you communicate well and show up on time, every time - Genuinely good with kids — patient, warm, and able to embrace an 8-year-old's energy - Safe, experienced driver with your own reliable car, clean driving record, and current insurance - Familiar with Marina del Rey / Venice / the Westside - Comfortable with light flexibility week to week   **Nice to have but not required:** - CPR/First Aid certification - Past experience with elementary-age kids This is a great fit if you're looking for steady weekday morning hours with room to grow into more.
