Hi! We are looking for short-term, on-call childcare support for our 2.5-year-old daughter in case I go into labor with our second baby. I am due June 10, and we specifically need backup coverage from the evening of May 23 through the morning of May 28 due to a gap in family availability. I will be 37-38 weeks pregnant during this time. Our daughter attends daycare Tuesday–Friday from approximately 8:00am–5:30pm (walking distance from our home). Monday is Memorial Day so her daycare is closed. So care would possibly be needed: * if labor begins overnight, * full day on Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day) * before daycare drop-off at 8am (breakfast, diaper/clothes change, brushing teeth), * after daycare pickup at 5:20pm (dinner, play time, bed time, we don’t bathe her every day so likely will not need to do bath time), * and potentially 1-2 overnights depending on timing (we have a guest bedroom with queen sized bed) We live 5 minutes from the hospital so my husband could be available to come back and forth when I’m not actively giving birth. Compensation: $300 guaranteed payment to reserve availability to be on call for the 5 nights (night of May 23 to morning of May 28) regardless of if I go into labor or not $150 per overnight stay $35 per hour while actively providing care with a four hour minimum of pay guaranteedNanny job details
